    Questions Asked:

    • Explain your projects - the project that you got appreciation for

    • Tell me about your family
    • What are your preferred work locations?
    • What is the hardest decision that you have ever taken in your life?
    • Do you have any questions for me?

    Technical Round

    Project explanation, data engineering concepts, DBMS, DSA, and behavioral questions

    Questions Asked:

    • Quick introduction
    • Explain the projects mentioned in your resume
    • Summer internship - Data Engineering with Python: What techniques did you learn to extract and manipulate data?
    • Delete duplicate rows from the table (SQL)
    • Circular linked list implementation - write pseudo code
    • Explain ACID properties
    • Explain all normalization forms
    • How to optimize a large database consisting of more than 5GB of data?
    • How do you manage work life balance?
    • In a team project, when selecting a particular project title how do you choose the project ideas and how far you try to get your idea being implemented?
    • Have you faced any conflict with your teammates while splitting modules and choosing tools for implementation?
    • What are the new technologies that you are willing to learn? And how do you start learning?
    • How do you manage your project deadlines and examinations?
    • What is the domain that is being hyped nowadays? Why do you think so?

    Tips for Juniors

    • Prepare thoughtful questions to ask the interviewer about their experience and the company
    • Be ready to discuss projects that received appreciation or awards in detail
    • If you mention a favorite subject (like DBMS), expect in-depth questions on that topic
    • Prepare for both technical and behavioral questions in the technical round
    • Good questions to ask: interviewer's experience, company expectations from freshers, work culture, technologies used, and software development models
