    Questions Asked:

    • Self introduction
    • Why did you choose PBWM (Private Bank Wealth Management)?
    • Why should we employ women in finance sector?
    • Do you know who is the CEO of Citi? (Answer: Jane Fraser - first woman CEO of a major Wall Street bank)
    • Educational background discussion - interviewer went to the same school, asked about current principal and how school is now
    • 4th semester internship: Python visualizations with 3D location mapping using drone data - What tools did you use? What did you learn?
    • About the internship company
    • Project discussion: Draw the ER diagram of one of your DBMS projects
    • Identify primary key and foreign key in the ER diagram
    • If there was a different way to design the same system, how would you do it? How would the diagram look like?
    • Why did you create the new diagram? How is it better than before?
    • What is the motivation for you to come everyday to office?
    • What is the reason behind joining Anna University?
    • What is the biggest failure or obstacle you had to overcome?
    • What is the most important characteristic in an industry perspective?
    • Apart from your resume, what other things define you? What extracurricular activities?

    Tips for Juniors

    • The interview atmosphere was very calm, friendly, and conversational - don't be nervous
    • Research about the role you're applying for (PBWM, fintech goals, etc.)
    • Know the CEO and leadership of the company - Jane Fraser is the first woman CEO of Citi
    • Be prepared to discuss diversity and inclusion topics, especially women in finance
    • Practice drawing ER diagrams quickly and clearly for your projects
    • Know primary keys, foreign keys, and database design principles thoroughly
    • Be ready to redesign your system architecture and justify improvements
    • Prepare answers about your internship tools, technologies, and learnings in detail
    • Have genuine motivation for daily work - not just salary or benefits
    • Prepare STAR method answers for failure/obstacle questions
    • Think about industry-relevant characteristics: adaptability, communication, problem-solving, teamwork
    • Highlight extracurricular activities that show leadership, teamwork, or unique skills
    • Personal connections matter - be genuine and conversational
